Terms of Service (ToS)

These Terms of Service (ToS) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Hoareau Johan Jean-Maxime, a micro-entrepreneur registered under SIRET number 943 001 974 00014, offers his services as a freelance developer specialized in React Native. Contact is made through the contact form available on the website johan-react-dev.fr.

• Initial contact is made through the contact form on the website. A phone call or video conference may follow, depending on the client's availability.
• After the initial exchange, a quote is sent to the client. The service begins only after the quote has been accepted and, if applicable, the deposit has been paid.
• The client agrees to provide all information necessary for the smooth running of the project.

• Pricing is communicated on a quote basis and varies according to the complexity of the project.
• Payment is made by bank transfer, according to the terms defined in the quote.
• A deposit of 40% may be requested before the start of the assignment.
• In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with article L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

• The client may cancel or postpone a scheduled meeting by contacting Hoareau Johan Jean-Maxime directly by email.
• If a service is cancelled after the quote has been approved, amounts already paid will not be refunded, unless an exceptional agreement is reached.

• The source code developed as part of the service becomes the property of the client upon full payment of the project.
• The service provider reserves the right to mention the project anonymously in their portfolio, unless the client explicitly objects.

• The service provider commits to delivering functional code that complies with the specifications agreed upon with the client.
• The client is responsible for the use and deployment of the delivered code.
• No warranty is provided in the event of subsequent modification of the code by the client or a third party.

• These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Saint-Denis de La Réunion.
